Horribly flimsy. I suggest using a BRIGHT photo. The letters are illegible. My son's name is only 4 letters long and it's a blob. Actually looks like tarnish rather than letters. Shipping took over a month. Was supposed to arrive on the 21st and didnt come for about 2 weeks. That was after 2 or so weeks of personalization. I'll still reluctantly give it as a gift, but that's because she is sentimental and wont care about the flaws. If it were anyone else, I absolutely would not give it.I can’t fit it around my ankle and it’s supposed to be an anklet.This is too cute and I couldn't be happier! I was hoping that it would be just like the picture and it looks amazing in person! I sure hope the mommy loves it as much as I do. They sent a message to send them pictures and explained the problem. Isent the info.. never heard from them. Picture had a black dot on the forehead of one picture. Picture was not placed in the middle. Another picture was not even cut to fit the heart shaped. To look properly done. It looks cheaply made. Cut a rectangular picture and stuck it in the heart. It's not even placed in the middle. No replacement and no refund. Wasted time trying to fix the problem with the company. Put complaints and get your money back. Don't buy this. It's trash. Embarrassing to wear.I don't like it
