TIPS:

• The first time you burn a new candle is crucial.
• Each time before burning, trim the wick (remove the old burn black wick)
• To ensure it burns well throughout its life, let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the container during the first use (this creates a "candle memory" and prevents tunneling, where a deep, narrow hole forms in the center of the candle).
• Burn the candle for at least one hour for every inch in diameter of the candle.
• Once you've created a candle memory and established a healthy wick, you can continue to burn the candle for as long as you like (recommended to burn it for no more than four hours at a time).
